is your General Ordering Policy?
For
your security, all orders are go through a verification procedure
before they are shipped. If the Shipping address on your order is
different from your billing address (which must match the address to
which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the
toll-free number on the back of your credit card to contact your
credit card company and create a "Secondary Shipping Address",
which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that
are delivered to a destination other than your billing address.
Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your
order. Images and specifications are for illustrative purposes only.
Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We
also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If you were
already charged we will issue you a full reimbursement.

your Return/Exchange Policy?

- All
purchases made from this site
may be returned in first 14 calendar days after purchase for the
full refund, excluding any shipping and handling fees. Buyer is
responsible for shipping item(s) back.
We don't
accept COD or freight collect shipments.
- No
refund or exchange will be
issued without prior authorization. Please contact us before sending
your item back. All products send back for return or exchange must
be received by seller within 14 calendar days from the date the
return authorization is issued. Products received later than this
date cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
- All
items must be returned in
"as new" condition in the original packaging and include
all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and
user manuals. Original boxes, packing materials, wrappers, and
cartons are to be returned without markings, tape, folds or
defacing. Products returned in damaged condition will be returned to
the customer without exchange. Products returned in unacceptable
condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Condition will be
assessed at the discretion of the seller.
- If
you receive a wrong or
defective item please contact us within 7 days from the date you
receive your order. If found defective a replacement will be shipped
immediately under sellers expense. Units returned for exchange and
found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense. All
items must be returned in "as new" condition in the
original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty
cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. Original boxes,
packing materials, wrappers, and cartons are to be returned without
markings, tape, folds or defacing.
- If
a package is refused on
delivery, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee less shipping.
- Shipping/Handling/Insurance
charges are non-refundable in any circumstances.

GoShot Camera we know how important it is to our customers to
receive their merchandise within a reasonable amount of time. This
is why we offer all kinds of shipping arrangements to meet our
customers’ needs from FedEx Overnight to USPS First Class
Mail
Delivery.

All in-stock
items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders made after
12:00 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed
the next business day. No order will be processed during holidays.
If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail
within one business day to advise you about the situation

deliveries by
the our suppliers.
- The destruction of products upon receipt due to
damage incurred
during transit
- Any injury to person or property caused by any

otherwise distributed in connection with GoShotCamera
GoShotCamera shall be the sole judge of
what violates this
policy.
